Kindness isn't declared. It's practiced.
At Tours For You, "kindness-made" tourism is more than a way of welcoming guests: it is the standard we hold ourselves to. That's why, instead of vague promises, we've gathered here the public commitments we make to people, communities, and the planet: our purpose, fairness and inclusion within and beyond our team, respect for human rights, the path toward lower-carbon tourism, and transparency in the way we engage with the world. They have been approved by management, are freely accessible, and are reviewed regularly, because only those who allow themselves to be measured can truly improve.
At Tours For You, we are committed to promoting justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion in everything we do: in how we treat our team, how we choose and work with partners and suppliers, how we design our travel experiences, and how we engage with the communities we visit. We believe that truly "kindness-made" tourism is only possible when everyone involved (team members, partners, clients, and local communities) is treated fairly, with respect for their individuality, and with equal opportunity to participate and contribute.

1. How to file a complaint
Through the electronic Complaints Book (Livro de Reclamações), by email, or by phone. No formalities are required: a clear description of the situation, with dates, booking reference, and any supporting evidence, is enough.
2. What we accept
Any expression of dissatisfaction regarding service quality, failure to deliver on what was agreed, inappropriate behavior by team members, guides, or partners, or the social and environmental impacts of our activity. If a situation is not accepted as a complaint, we explain the reason in writing.
3. Timeframes and resolution
We acknowledge receipt within 2 business days, review the situation within 5, and propose a resolution within 10 business days. In more complex cases, these timeframes may be extended, and you will always be informed. If we have fallen short, we want to make it right: we propose a fair and proportionate solution, assessed case by case. We always prioritize direct, human contact and confirm the closure of the complaint in writing.
4. No retaliation
No one suffers negative consequences for submitting a complaint in good faith. When requested, identities are treated confidentially.
