Relaxing at the idyllic Portuguese (Alentejana) Coast and the amazing beaches of Algarve

Day 1 to day 4– Arrival to Lisbon and car collection at the Airport. Departure towards the Alentejana Coast (Vila Nova de Milfontes)

After your arrival to Portugal you will departure along the Portuguese unexplored Vicentina Coast. This is a remarkable area due to its beauty that granted it the title of protected landscape. Due to these preservation laws the area has somehow remained untouched by the mass tourism meaning that it's still possible to relax at quite places and enjoy excellent meals made with fresh fish or seafood in one of the many small villages along the coast. Vila Nova de Milfontes is probably the quaintest of these villages with its whitewashed houses with blue or yellow trims making and interesting contrast with the blue of the water. It's the ideal setting just to relax either at the hotel by the swimming pool or enjoying one of the many activities that are available that will allow you to spend quality time with your family.

Day 4 to day 7–Departure to the Algarve

After relaxing in the peaceful village of Vila Nova de Milfontes it's time for you and your family to continue to the most famous resort of Portugal: the Algarve. You can spend these days discovering the region of Algarve either just by going to the amazing white sand beaches or enjoying some of its water parks, restaurants by the beach or even some of the historic heritage of the Algarve. Don't miss the opportunity to admire the seaside towns, where the Mediterranean culture and gastronomy will be an unforgettable memory. Let yourself wonder in the narrow streets of the medieval Tavira or enter the mysterious world of the former nautical school of Sagres. If you decide to take some time on your own for a romantic or golf afternoon to unwind just ask for a babysitting service available at the hotel (summer only).

Three nights’ accommodation at Aparthotel Villas D’Água (Olhos de Água)

Day 7 – Departure to Lisbon and overnight at hotel in the city

Today it will be the time to return to the capital of Portugal: Lisbon. If you still want to enjoy the rest of the day exploring the surroundings of the Hotel or just relaxing make sure you leave at least some time to explore Lisbon. Lisbon is a lively european capital where present and past live just side by side. Here you will have the opportunity to visit the largest Aquarium in Europe: the "Oceanário" (your children will be amazed) or to climb up the walls of the Saint George Castle at the top of the highest hill of Lisbon. If you still have time have a look at the area of Belém where hundreds of years of history await you in the monuments that celebrate the Portuguese discoveries of the past.
